We ship your order free of charge throughout Switzerland (incl. Liechtenstein), unless otherwise stated for the respective product.

Free shipping applies to deliveries to Swiss delivery addresses and addresses in Liechtenstein.

• Accessories & spare parts: usually 2–5 business days
• Electric vehicles & special transport: usually 4–6 business days

. Scope of Application

Our low-price guarantee applies exclusively to electric scooters available in our web shop. The comparison price always refers to the final price including VAT as well as any applicable shipping costs.

2. Comparison Offer

For the low-price guarantee to apply, the following conditions must be met:

• The comparison offer must concern the identical model, including equipment, color, and scope of delivery.
  
• The lower price must be offered by an authorized dealer or in a publicly accessible online shop.
  
• Special promotions, time-limited discounts, or special price reductions, such as pre-order offers, are excluded from the low-price guarantee.
  

3. Proof of the Lower Price

To assert a claim, the customer must provide valid proof of the lower price. This can be done via:

• a screenshot of the offer,
  
• a direct URL link, or
  
• a written confirmation from the competitor.
  

The proof must clearly display the identical product as well as the price valid at the time of the claim.

4. Validity Period of the Comparison Offer

• The comparison offer must be valid and available at the time of purchase in our web shop.
  
• Already expired offers or time-limited reservations will not be considered.
  

5. Deadline for Claims

• The claim for the low-price guarantee must be made within 14 days of receipt of the goods.
  
• After this period has expired, a refund or price adjustment is no longer possible.
  

6. Exceptions

The low-price guarantee cannot be claimed if:

• the product has already been discounted through discounts, voucher promotions, or special offers.
  
• the comparison offer originates from unauthorized dealers or marketplaces.
  

7. Processing of the Price Reduction

• If the claim for the low-price guarantee is recognized as justified, we will refund the price difference between the amount paid in our web shop and the proven lower comparison price.
  
• The refund is generally issued as a credit or repayment to the originally chosen payment method.
  

8. Original Condition and New Goods

• The low-price guarantee applies only to products that were delivered as new goods in their original packaging.
  
• Any tampering with or damage to the product after receipt will result in the voiding of the guarantee claim.

• We reserve the right to adjust the conditions of the low-price guarantee or to discontinue the service at any time.
