Our lowest price guarantee applies exclusively to electric scooters available in our online shop. The comparison price always refers to the final price including VAT and, where applicable, shipping costs.

The following conditions must be met for the lowest price guarantee to apply:

• The lower price must be offered by an authorized dealer or in a publicly accessible online shop .

• Special promotions, limited-time discounts or special price reductions, such as pre-order offers, are excluded from the lowest price guarantee.

3. Proof of the lower price

To make a claim, the customer must prove the lower price with valid evidence . This can be done by:

• a screenshot of the offer,

• a direct URL link , or

• A written confirmation from the competitor is required.

The proof must clearly show the identical product and the price valid at the time of the complaint.

4. Validity period of the comparative offer

• The comparison offer must be valid and available in our webshop at the time of purchase .

• Expired offers or time-limited reservations will not be considered.

5. Deadline for complaints

• Claims to utilize the lowest price guarantee must be made within 14 days of receiving the goods .

• After this period, a refund or rectification is no longer possible.

6. Exceptions

The lowest price guarantee cannot be claimed if:

• the comparison offer comes from unauthorized dealers or marketplaces .

7. Processing of the price reduction

• If the claim for the lowest price guarantee is recognized as justified , we will refund the price difference between the amount paid in our webshop and the proven lower comparison price.

• Refunds are usually issued as a credit note or a refund to the originally chosen payment method.

8. Original condition and new goods

• The lowest price guarantee only applies to products that were delivered as new goods in their original packaging .

• Any manipulation or damage to the product after receipt will void the warranty .
