3. Proof of the lower price
To make a claim, the customer must prove the lower price with valid evidence . This can be done by:

- A written confirmation from the competitor is required.
The proof must clearly show the identical product and the price valid at the time of the complaint.
4. Validity period of the comparative offer
- The comparison offer must be valid and available in our webshop at the time of purchase .
