We ship your order free of charge throughout Switzerland (including Liechtenstein), unless otherwise stated for the respective product.

Free shipping applies to deliveries to Swiss delivery addresses and addresses in Liechtenstein.

Our lowest price guarantee applies exclusively to electric scooters available in our online shop. The comparison price always refers to the final price including VAT and, where applicable, shipping costs.

2. Comparative offer

The following conditions must be met for the lowest price guarantee to apply:

• The comparison offer must be for the identical model , including features, color and scope of delivery.
  
• The lower price must be offered by an authorized dealer or in a publicly accessible online shop .
  
• Special promotions, limited-time discounts or special price reductions, such as pre-order offers, are excluded from the lowest price guarantee.
  

3. Proof of the lower price

To make a claim, the customer must prove the lower price with valid evidence . This can be done by:

• a direct URL link , or
  
• A written confirmation from the competitor is required.
  

The proof must clearly show the identical product and the price valid at the time of the complaint.

4. Validity period of the comparative offer

• The comparison offer must be valid and available in our webshop at the time of purchase .

5. Deadline for complaints

• Claims to utilize the lowest price guarantee must be made within 14 days of receiving the goods .
